Globo P
Pump ball valve made of gunmetal
Globo P and Globo P-S are used in pump warm water heating systems for direct connection to circulating pumps with screwed pipe connections. Easy to install by pushing the pump union nut onto the form flange of the pump ball valve. Universal application opportunity, e. g. Globo P on the suction side, and Globo P-S with a gravity brake on the pressure side of a circulating pump.

Shut-off:
Operating toggle which can be dismantled, made of shock resistant plastic with small projection. Since the toggle stop is hidden, there is no danger of injury.
Thermometer, retrofittable by simply replacing the red closing cap in the operating toggle, see accessories.
Available for delivery in two models: Globo P without gravity brake, and Globo P-S with gravity brake.
Gravity brakes which operate at a low noise level, made of plastic, can be opened externally. Identifiable open/closed position.
Dimensions:
DN 25 to DN 32.
Versions with socket female thread connection and formed flange with full load-bearing sealing surface.
Connections (socket x flange): 1" x 1", 1 1/4" x 1 1/4" and 1 1/4" x 1".
Versions with Viega press connection and formed flange with full load-bearing sealing surface.
Connections (press connection x flange): 28 mm x 1", 35 mm x 1 1/4".

Temperature:
Permissible operating temperature TB Globo P -10 °C – 120 °C, with press connection 110 °C, Globo P-S 90 °C.
Media:
Water or neutral fluids, water-glycol mixtures (0-50%).
Material:
The body and the ball are made of corrosion-resistant gunmetal.
Ball with smooth straight bore.
Maintenance-free spindle sealing by two O-rings made of EPDM.
Ball sealing from pure PTFE.
Gravity brake made of plastic. Gravity brake sealing through and EPDM O-ring.
Insulation:
Heat insulation shells for versions with female thread and press connection, consisting of two interlocked half shells, see accessories.
