Founded as testing, adjusting and balancing company in 1973, IMI Aero-Dynamiek supports customers in Construction, Healthcare and Industry with a full commissioning and performance testing package. In doing so we help them to establish and demonstrate continued control over building performance.

Owned by the British Engineering company IMI plc and being part of their Hydronic Engineering division allows us to provide unique and in-depth knowledge of hydronic systems on top of our expertise on standards & guidelines through our (inter) national involvement in societies related to building performance.

Employing the largest pool of field service technicians equipped with up-to-date calibrated instruments we gather reliable data, compare this with user requirements, deliver insight into the current building status and provide opportunities for optimization.

• 1990 Development of own balancing reporting software
• 1994 First ERP software in place
• 2000 Acquisition by IMI (Indoor Climate)
• 2002 Start in Belgium (BVBA)
• 2004 Setting up test services in addition to balancing
