September 2016 marked the beginning of what we know will be a challenging and exciting time for the latest intake to our Graduate Programme. Joining the programme this year are seven high-calibre graduates from across Europe with a range of engineering-based degrees.
The Graduate Programme aims to attract the brightest and best new graduates and are expected to hit the ground running and get involved in major projects from the outset. Running for two years, the programme includes four placements of six months each, which encompass:
- one rotation in R&D
- one rotation in Operations
- one rotation in Technical Sales
- and one rotation in Programme Management.
At least one of the placements will be completed away from their home country. We believe this gives each graduate the chance to experience different cultures, extend their knowledge and skills and go on to become highly valuable members of the wider IMI Hydronic Engineering team. An experienced mentor is also assigned to each graduate to provide guidance and support throughout the lifetime of the programme and ensure that they understand fully how to do things the IMI Way.
We’re confident that every one of this year’s intake will go on to make a GREAT career here at IMI and we wish them every success for the future. If you would like to learn more about the IMI Graduate Programme, take a look
