As part of our commitment to being a customer-centric business, we’ve developed a stunning new website. We’ve made it easier to navigate and easier to find on search engines, but most importantly, we’ve made it easier for you to find the products, solutions and technical know-how you need to source what you need to create GREAT, energy-saving and sustainable HVAC systems.

It looks different...
You’ll notice quite a few things that are different when you pay a visit. For a start, there’s a whole new look and feel that harmonises the IMI Hydronic Engineering website with the rest of the IMI Group’s brand and websites. Yes, we’re a standout business in our own right, but it’s worth remembering that we’re part of a global organisation and we’re confident that the new branding strengthens the overall IMI plc brand.

We’ve also added a Product Finder function. With such a phenomenal range of high-quality HVAC products and solutions, we were determined to make it much easier for you to find exactly what you need, so an effective product finding capability was essential. Our new product finder simplifies the searching process, enabling you to filter searches by product category, sub-category, brand, application and, of course, by article number. 

So if you know exactly what you want, you can find it straight away. If you’re unsure, we hope the new search facility will make it much easier for you to find exactly what you need. And while we’re on the subject of products, we’ve also put a lot of work into making our product categories and sub-categories much more user friendly for every type of customer.

And if there’s anything you’re unsure about, take a look at the FAQs​ and Glossary​ sections we’ve created, they should provide all the answers you need, but if they don’t, we’ve made it much easier to get in touch with an expert through the site who can help you out.

We have also revamped the software and download library​ sections to make it easier for you to access our range of up-to-the-minute software, applications and the technical information that helps to create GREAT indoor climates. But that’s not all, there are a whole host of innovative new site elements and, of course, it’s available in a range of languages to reflect the global nature of our business. We think the new website does a brilliant job of highlighting all that we have to offer, we hope you do too!
