We’ll expect GREAT things from you, but you can rely on receiving all the support you need to become an effective team member and a valuable company asset.
As a global company with operations across five continents and a market presence in 34 locations, our Graduate Programme is vitally important wherever we operate. However, we’re currently focussing on developing our engineering talent in three key locations: Germany, Sweden and Poland.
What we expect from you
We’re looking for graduates in the following fields:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electronic Engineering
- Mechatronic Engineering
- Manufacturing Engineering
If you have achieved a strong degree in any of those fields you could be just what we’re looking for. If you’re chosen you’ll be expected to hit the ground running and get involved in major projects from the outset. The programme includes four placements of six months in duration. It’s your opportunity to experience different cultures, grow your knowledge and experience and play an important role in our Research & Development activities.
An holistic approach to Graduate development
You’ll also learn about Project Management, Operations, Technical Sales and will be mentored by a senior colleague throughout the programme, as well as gaining vital insight from your local Engineering and HR leads. At the end of the programme you’ll get the chance to take up a permanent role in your home country and use the knowledge and skills you’ve developed to build your career with us.
