Your access to, and use of imi-hydronic.com or any other website (the “Site") owned and operated by IMI Hydronic Engineering International SA (“IMI Hydronic Engineering SA” “us” or “we”) is subject to the following terms and conditions, our Privacy Policy, and the other legal notices and disclaimers contained on this Site ("Terms of Use").

1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 By using the Site, you indicate that you fully accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not accept the Terms of Use, you must immediately stop using the Site.
1.2. You agree that you will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by the Terms of Use.
1.3 The Site and services are not intended for or targeted toward children under 18 (“Minors”) and we do not knowingly collect any information about Minors. 
1.4 IMI Hydronic Engineering SA reserves the right to:
i. Change the Terms of Use at any time: If we update or change the Terms of Use, the updated version will be posted publicly at the Terms of Use page, which will constitute notice of such change. The updated date of the Terms of Use will reflect the date of the most recent version and will become effective and binding on the next business day after posting. Your continued use of the Site following any such changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change;

ii. Change or remove (whether temporarily or permanently) the Site or any part of it without notice and you confirm that IMI Hydronic Engineering SA shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal.

i. Immediately suspend your access to the Site; and/or
ii. Terminate our subscription agreement with you for cause, if you are an IMI Hydronic Engineering SA customer.

2.3 You acknowledge that IMI Hydronic Engineering SA may disclose information regarding your use of the Site to satisfy any law, regulation, government request, court order, subpoena, or other legal process. If we make this type of required disclosure, we will notify you, unless we are required to keep the disclosure confidential. Further, any such disclosure will be subject to our Privacy Policy.

2.4 IMI Hydronic Engineering SA is not obligated to, but may choose to, remove any prohibited materials and deny access to any person who violates the Terms of Use. We further reserve all other rights.

3. Trademarks/proprietary rights
You should assume that all product names appearing on this Site, whether or not appearing in large print, italics or with the trademark symbol are trademarks of IMI Hydronic Engineering SA.
3.1 Unless you have our express prior written permission, you may not use, remove or alter any name, logo, tagline or other mark of IMI Hydronic Engineering SA.
