Celebrate IMI Aero-Dynamiek's 50th anniversary on Thursday 30/03/23!

IMI Aero-Dynamiek is proud to be celebrating our 50th anniversary this year, and we want to share the occasion with all of our valued customers and partners! We're hosting a Congrestival on Thursday 30th, March, where we'll combine the best elements of a conference with live music, delicious food and drinks, and opportunities with meeting new people and network.

Helistill Technology

Hoe lager de snelheid, hoe hoger het rendement!

Bereik de hoogste scheidingsefficiëntie in omstandigheden met laag debiet dankzij de Helistill technologie.

Hoe werkt het?

Tijdens het bezinkingsproces, vertraagt de flow samen met de vuildeeltjes die de Zeparo kamer inkomen. Sommige deeltjes beginnen te vallen door de zwaartekracht en de overige botsen tegen de helistill en vallen daardoor ook naar beneden.

Cycloon technologie

Hoe hoger de snelheid, hoe hoger het rendement!

Cyclonische scheidingsefficiëntie onderscheidt zich in systeem-toepassingen met hogere debieten!

Hoe werkt het?

Een water vortex oefent een centrifugale kracht uit op vuildeeltjes en duwt ze tegen de buitenwand van de afscheider. De lagere snelheid aan de rand van de cycloon zorgt ervoor dat de zwaartekracht de deeltjes naar de bodem van de afscheider verplaatst.

360˚ rotatie

Dankzij het ontwerp met 360 graden rotatie kan de Zeparo ZT Turnable worden geïnstalleerd in verticale of horizontale leidingen.

Bovendien kan de scheidingskamer volledig worden losgemaakt, zodat hij in kleine ruimtes kan worden geïnstalleerd.
