Helps us decide how we mitigate the environmental impact of our operations.
One of our focus areas is our carbon footprint. While we constantly work to reduce it through operational improvements, we have decided to compensate for the emissions that we have not yet been able to eliminate by supporting a carbon-offsetting project.
Given the urgency of the Climate Crisis, we want to offset our market-based emissions from Scope 1 (Direct Fossil Fuels Emissions) and Scope 2 (Purchased Electricity), which could be up to 4,000t CO2 for 2022.
