Advancing Sustainability for a Better World
As customers seek to have more and more insight and transparency on the environmental impact of their suppliers and partners, it was important for us as a key player in the HVAC industry to be able to certify and show our continuous commitment to improving our manufacturing, Which is why at the beginning of 2023, we applied for the first time for our EcoVadis ratings to provide our customers with peace of mind over their scope 3 emissions.
Who is EcoVadis?
EcoVadis is the world’s largest provider of business sustainability ratings. The complexity surrounding the assessment of supply chain sustainability is a universally acknowledged challenge, compounded by the number of suppliers requiring evaluation. EcoVadis offers a solution that allows companies to submit data based on 4 ESG pillars by responding to questionnaires tailored to their specific economic sector and operational location. EcoVadis has four award levels that provide a standardised ESG assessment and scoring framework, promoting a clearer understanding of ESG practices and giving visibility to customers and suppliers when deciding whom they partner with.

As government regulations move towards requesting more visibility on companies' ESG commitments and their scope 1, 2 and 3 impacts, we must find a way to provide this information for your customers straightforwardly and transparently. As the world’s largest and most trusted supplier of business sustainability ratings, EcoVadis was the clear choice for providing such information.
After an in-depth analysis of our information, we were awarded EcoVadis’ bronze medal in recognition of sustainability achievement! This was the first year we applied for this certification, and we received a score of 55/100, classifying us as an intermediate-level company, placing us above the industry average.
Being part of this process has allowed us to determine the specific tailored actions we need to take to close our sustainability gaps and reach our goal of a Platinum medal with EcoVadis.
This project is another great step in the right direction in our ESG journey. As a key stakeholder in the HVAC industry, we are committed to helping build a better and sustainable world through our actions.
